About the Arts:
- All the arts are Digital, with Digital Delivery
- Generally accepting:
-Illustrations, 2D Animation, and Pixel Art Illustrations/Animations.
-both SFW and NSFW.
-All characters in NSFW must be adult characters.
-Anthro/furry, animals, humans (or humanoid), monsters and creatures accepted.
-Most themes, such as fantasy, noir, and steampunk, are welcome. Bear in mind that complex garments and designs might require an extra fee.fdvc - Not accepting: anything hateful/racist/sexist, heavy gore or vore.
- I reserve the right to refuse to accept a commission for any reason without the obligation to provide details as to why I don’t feel up to drawing it.
- When I draw your character, their color intensity/saturation may vary, both to follow my art style and to make a better composition/balance of the art. You can ask for adjustments on the colors.
- Please credit me as the author when uploading the finished work.
- I offer character design services, creating characters from scratch based on written descriptions and working with clients to reach their goals.
- Those arts are for Personal Use only! Do not resell, either in the form of digital media or physical merch. You can create mugs, phone cases, etc, using my art as long as it is for Personal Use. If you need my art to be used in games, merch, and other commercial ends, please contact me upfront.
- Any art created is not allowed to be used in Machine Learning / AI in any circumstances.
About the Payments:
- Payment through Paypal
- All payments are in USD
- 50% payment upfront. Once the payment is confirmed, your commission will be added to the Production Queue: https://bit.ly/Sutapioca-Queue
- 50% payment once the final art is complete. Delivery of the final art might be subject to payment.
- I’ll cover any payment fees, conversion rates, and taxes.
- Refunds: Full refunds can be requested up to 5 working days after I receive the payment. The refund request should be sent to my e-mail: sutapioca@gmail.com. Once I receive the refund request, I will take a max of 7 working days to complete it.
- I won’t accept full refund requests after I have already started working on your commission (marked as Sketch in Progress on the queue).
- If, for any reason, you decide to ask for a Refund during the sketch approval phase, we can agree to finish the commission on the sketch phase (without final lines and colors) and drop the remaining 50% payment. But please share any concerns you might have with the sketch, as I’m available to discuss and help with any problems that might arise.
About the Process:
- After payment confirmation, I will add your art to the Production Queue. You can access it through this link: https://bit.ly/Sutapioca-Queue
- During the Sketch phase, you can ask for modifications and adjustments.
- For the final Art, the client can ask for two minor adjustments free of charge. Examples of minor adjustments acceptable:
- Changes to facial expression, such as eye demeanor, pupil size, and mouth shape.
- Adjustments to clothing and garments
- Adjustments to hair
- Adjustments to feet or hands, body volume on breasts, legs, etc
- Changes in the color scheme
- Once the final art is done, I can’t change the structure of the pose into a new pose. Any modification will have a fee after the art is complete and delivered.
- If I present you several versions of the sketch and you need to choose one of them, I have the right to use the denied sketch/pose in future works.
- Turnaround time spans between one week to a maximum of one month, depending on your order in the queue. Counting starts after the payment is complete. The turnaround time is subject to my schedule, health, and the complexity of the commission ordered. I will keep you updated on the process!
- When the art is complete and approved, I will send you the file by e-mail. Please add my e-mail address to your whitelist if you commission me: sutapioca@gmail.com
Other Details:
- Arts will be delivered in high resolution, fit for printing.
- By standard, art won’t be delivered in the open .psd files – in case you’d like access to my open .psd file, please feel free to ask, and we can arrange it.
- The pricing for the commissions is for Personal Use only. For commercial use, please contact me, as there are additional fees.
- I might post the final art on social media to promote my work. If you want your art to be entirely private, please ask, and we can agree on a confidentiality fee.
- I will not sell merch, both physical and digital, that uses the commissions of characters I do not own. The original creator will keep total rights to the character.
